Gather around our table for a convivial, communal celebration of the New Year. The atmosphere will be relaxed and stylish, the food delicious, and the stellar wine selections sublime.
Chef Elizabeth Binder is featuring her trademark refined rustic interpretations of winter favorites from around Italy including zuppa di castagne, a chestnut soup treasured in Piemonte on “days of abstinence” (abstinence, indulgence...whatever); house-made ravioli with local porcini and Umbrian black truffles (fungus indulgence!); and celebrating olio nuovo, our grilled swordfish alla salmoriglio – a classic Sicilian finish of olive oil, lemon, and oregano – will feature fresh-off-the-boat fresh-pressed olive oil (bright green and sassy). Pastry Alice is creating special sweetness to finish off the meal. Each course is offered with an inspired wine pairing that highlights exceptional selections from our list. Also available will be a supplemental cheese course of perfectly ripened selections.
