This month’s tasting at Bar Bambino is the last of the season. We’re featuring an array of wines and cheeses perfect for San Francisco’s Summery September weather. Four wines from rosato to rosso, including an elegant rosato (Italian for a rosé-style wine) from Nebbiolo, an interesting rosso freddo (red wine served chilled), and with a nod to cooler temperatures coming, we'll end with an Amarone that's just coming onto our list. The wines will be paired with four sheep’s milk cheeses to tantalize your palate. Cheese selections will range from soft and delicate to strong and aged.
