Produttori del Barbaresco Week

As part of our ongoing series to showcase regional wine producers and cuisines within Italy, we are pleased to announce our early Spring feature showcasing the highly regarded wines of Produttori del Barbaresco accompanied by a special a la carte menu with a Piemontese Alpine theme.

During the week of 21 March, all Produttori del Barbaresco single vineyard Riserva offerings from the 2004 and 2005 vintage will be offered at 50% off the menu price. Produttori del Barbaresco's wines are premiere examples of traditionally produced, elegant nebbiolo and are favorites of Wine Director Collin Casey. These wines alongside a special a la carte menu created by Executive Chef Lizzie Binder with a Piemontese Alpine theme will simply sing like a little spring robin.

Chef Binder's regional menu will feature a fonduta of Piemontese Alpine cheeses, house-made tajarin (a thin spaghetti-like pasta made with 40 egg yolks per pound of pasta!) with chicken liver and juniper berry sauce, and the grand dish served throughout Alpine Italy, bollito misto. Pair that with the stunning wines of Produttori del Barbaresco at 50% off regular menu price and you'll want to celebrate with us all week long.
