Join us as we ring out the old and bring in the New Year with a 5-Course New Year's Eve Dinner.
Chef Elizabeth Binder will be featuring her trademark refined rustic interpretations of celebratory favorites including a velvety sunchoke soup topped with luxurious Californian Estate Osetra caviar; house-made agnolotti stuffed with braised suckling pig and freshly shaved black truffle; and grilled Californian halibut, fresh calamari, wedges of belgium endive and seasonally selected citrus, dressed with a warm citronette. Pastry Chef Alyce Shields will be creating a special sweetness to finish off the meal. Each course can be paired with wine from our exceptional collection of Italian and Central European bottlings.
